Hola,
My name is Nancy Guerrero and I have lived in Willcox for
over 30 years and selling real estate for the last 4 years. I
was with Rafter "S" Real Estate until the office was bought by
Coldwell Banker, The DiPeso Group in 2008. Being bi-lingual has
enabled me to help members of the Hispanic community realize
their dreams of becoming homeowners. My experience has been with
residential, commercial and vacant land, but my primary focus in
the recent past has been selling rehab properties in an effort
to give the Willcox community a better aesthetic.

Hi, I'm Cheryl Layton Married, husband Larry of 47 years, 4
children, 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grand children. I have

Rafter "S" Real Estate in February 2003. I have lived in
Willcox since February of 1961 and up until 2005, me and my

best suited for different crops. I served on the Board of
