Kayli Waite uplifted her roots from a small town in Montana and relocated to beautiful Cochise County 10 years ago with no plans to leave. The year round weather southern Arizona boasts was the leading reason for her entire family to make the move. 

Since living in Cochise County, Kayli has worked for the Cochise County Sheriffs Department, alongside her husband, Deputy Waite. The opportunity to work for Cochise County gives her a huge advantage when answering questions about location, distance, schools, etc.  Kayli has extensive knowledge of local communities and neighborhoods from border to border.  

Kayli is very proud of her large, beautiful family of 11 and is extremely excited about the newest addition, the first grandson. The family enjoys spending time together at home and either in the mountains or on the water. They have spent time on nearly every mountain and lake in Arizona. 

Kayli held her Real Estate license in Montana and decided only a few years after making the move to Arizona that this was her calling. She enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and making their dreams come true. Honesty and integrity are extremely important to this small-town girl.
